How long would you wait for an online order to arrive? A few days? In fact, one in 10 of us would now expect an online order to arrive the following day. Some impatient shoppers aren’t happy unless their order is with them the very same day.
We are living in a world of instant gratification, fuelled partly by online shopping and social media. As habits change, it’s important for businesses and managers to adapt and find new ways of keeping their teams motivated.
