“Do or do not, there is no try”  Yoda

When approaching a task, do it with the certainty that everything is possible. All defeats start in the mind and quickly run through every pore in  your body.

If you take on a task with a positive mind frame, confident that your outcome will be a success, you are much more likely to achieve it.

If you “try” to do something, you are conceding at the outset that there is an element of risk in the task ahead. This reinforcing of the negative result is immensely strong and makes it so much harder to succeed.

The language you use on a day to day basis will contribute to your longterm successes and failures. Be careful what you wish for!
