There are a lot of comments on social media about January being the most ‘depressing’ month of the year. Yes, it’s dark and the buzz of Christmas time has worn off but don’t let that slump take over.

Instead, focus on the positive things that happen each day. No matter how bad things might seem, there will always be something to make you feel good, whether it’s a passing compliment from a colleague or the five minutes you took to sit quietly with a cup of coffee and read the paper.
