“Make cheerfulness, outrageousness, and playfulness new priorities for your life. You can feel good for no reason at all” – Tony Robbins
Laughter, like music, crosses language barriers and can change the entire dynamic of a situation. It’s infectious too, passed like a gift from one person to another. And what’s great about it is that the simplest things can make you laugh. My youngest daughter picking up a horn shaped ornament and singing down it on holiday, perceiving things in a different way to us adults, made me smile recently, to name just one example.
What’s cheered you up or made you laugh lately? I’d love to hear any examples of how powerful this one reaction can be, whether positive or negative.
