I’ve always been a believer than learning doesn’t end when you finish school and nor should it end when you start work. I think it was Einstein who said, “Once you stop learning you start dying,” and I think there’s some truth in this adage. It’s for this reason that I’m so proud to see UKFast become the only provider of LPI-accredited Linux training in the North.
Becoming an LPI Approved Training Partner means that we can provide accredited Linux training and exams, not just for our own team but for schools and other educational establishments in the local community. Even for some of our longest-standing, most experienced Linux engineers, these exams can teach more effective ways of doing things and take their skills up a notch. No matter where you are on your journey, you can always be better and there’s always more to learn.
This latest accreditation is such a testament to our training team, especially the two former teachers heading it up. Their vision for the future is inspirational, as is their desire to see young people develop and use new skills. They are focussed on creating the next generation of technical pioneers and keeping our UKFast superstars at the top of their game so they can continue to deliver the best level of customer service.
As well this accolade, our top two trainers have scooped the company a number of awards for our commitment to training and education. Congratulations to both of you – I think it’s safe to say you’re my favourite pair of trainers!
