Are you the kind of person who wants to squeeze every last drop out of the day? Do you get up early to hit the gym and wake yourself up properly before the clock ticks closer to 9am and the start of the working day? If so, you’re what I’d call a ‘driven’ person, and in my opinion we need to get more people like you, people who make the effort to be better and to live life to its potential.

It might not necessarily mean getting up at 6am to go for a run, as there are lots of other ways to improve and get the most out of life, but in my experience, exercise is a great way to lift your mood and get you energised. In fact, one of the teams at UKFast recently decided to kick off every Tuesday morning with a circuit routine in the gym. Personally, I think it’s a great idea.

The guys in the film team recently made a short video of me talking about the benefits of working out at work. They’ve done a great job of it, so I thought I’d include it here.

By having a gym onsite, we’re making it easier for people to enjoy exercise. Hopefully, this is something more and more businesses will embrace in the years to come.
