For some people, criticism is quite a bitter pill to swallow and I can appreciate how hard it can be to hear, especially as a business owner where your company and the people in it are a huge part of your life.
However, over the years, I’ve come to expect and embrace criticism of both myself and UKFast because you absolutely can’t please everybody, no matter who you are or how noble your cause. Plus, how dull would life be if everyone thought that everything you did was great?
Variety makes life interesting and whether people like or dislike you, they are all valid opinions and whilst you might challenge them, it’s important to respect them.
